The Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care – PICAC Alliance is creating a new resource that will provide information and strategies on how to create a cohesive working environment without racism or discrimination.

An anonymous survey was sent out nationally to see if there were any aged care workers who had experienced or witness racism or discrimination in the workplace.
