When Arana Hudson heard last week her workplace would introduce five days paid gender affirmation leave, she felt a strong sense of relief. Community Vision chief operating officer Yvonne Timson said the new leave entitlement, was about “inclusion in every sense”. She said other companies should follow suit, saying there were “no excuses” for not providing it.
