Aged Care Financial Advisory Workshops
Note: the ticket price contains two sessions, click the link below to read more.
Overview:
The Aged Care Reform has rung the bell for aged care providers who are not ready for the upcoming changes. Providers who are not managing their cash flow are exposed to a much higher risk of bad debts and poor performance not to mention the inability to complete their financial reports each month. With the new Transparency requirements under the Aged Care(Implementing Care Reform) Bill 2022 providers need to be able to distinguish between what the costs of direct care are and how they charge for care management.
With a “CAP” on the amount, you can charge a consumer and a “CAP” on how much you can charge in fees, how will you understand and manage your cash flow?
These workshops will help you to better understand your financial management and are suitable for those who are still learning about funding in arrears and cash flow impacts in the rapidly changing environment, helping you to prepare to meet the requirements of the new Aged Care reforms.
Fortis Consulting on behalf of the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) Alliance, invites you to join us at our Financial Advisory Workshops.
